Free Parking
There is ample car parking facilities for hotel guests at the premises.  Cars are parked at owners risk and please be aware of any pedestrians in the garden areas when entering or leaving the car park.
Keyless Door System
We operate a keyless front door system.  Instructions are located on the inside of the front door.  Please keep the print-out given to you with your keys should you need to get in when no one is around.  Kindly return you room key to reception when you vacate your room. We will also be happy to store your room key during the day should you wish to leave it at reception for safe keeping.
Is done daily between 10.30 and 11..30 and cannot be done later in the day.   Please use your “Do not disturb” sign should you not wish to be disturbed during this time.

We request that you support our conservation efforts and towels that need refreshing be left in the shower tray for housekeeping.

Laundry & Dry cleaning
Facilities are available at the Launderette in Kilgetty. Please let us know should you wish for us to arrange any laundry service during your stay.

Please do not hang any beach towels or laundry in your bedroom windows, on the balconies or fire escapes.  We would be happy to assist with drying any items.


Use of the pool is subject to compliance with our Health and Safety Code of Conduct.

Any child under the age of 16 must be accompanied by a responsible adult.


The Hotel is locked in the evenings however your door tag will provide you with access.  Please follow instructions to re-lock the door and please be courteous to fellow guests when entering and leaving the building after hours.

If you should require any assistance after hours please ring the bell at reception or call the hotel tel number on 01834 813417 and someone will be with you as soon as possible.
Please take note of the fire procedures on the back of your bedroom door.  Please let us know if you feel you may require assistance in the event of a fire.
Please be considerate and keep noise levels down after hours and do not allow doors to slam closed if possible.  Loud and boisterous noise or objectionable behaviour cannot be permitted.
Smoking is only permitted on the front area of the hotel.  Please use the ashtrays provided. Smoking is not permitted in rooms or balconies including the fire escape.  There is a refurbishment fee of £200.00 payable for any contravention.
Left at Home
Miscellaneous items are available to purchase from reception.  We will be happy to source items not catered for on your behalf.
Iron & Ironing board
Iron & Ironing board is available on request and will be brought to your room.
Spillages or mishaps
Spillages or mishaps with food and beverages in your room can easily be sorted out – we ask that you notify us as soon as possible so we can provide assistance and avoid long term damage.  Please note however that any permanent damages caused will incur a surcharge upon check out   We hope you understand and thank you for your cooperation.
 Wet outdoor walking kit can be dried in our boiler room.  Shoe trays are available at reception.
On request bikes may be stored for you.
Special occasions
Special occasions deserve to be celebrated.  Please let us know in advance and we will be happy to make arrangements for a celebration, gift or momento.
Check in & Checkout
Check in – anytime between 3pm and 7.30pm. (We do not have 24 hr check in).  Should you require an earlier or later check-in, please do ask us at the time of booking (we can’t always oblige but we will try!).

We are happy to keep your bags if you want to arrive early and go off and explore.

Check out is by 10.30am.

Deposits & Cancellations
If you have made a direct booking with us, either online or by telephone, your card details are held securely but payment is not taken in advance, unless it is a same-day booking. Cancellations or amendments made up to midnight 48 hrs before arrival are free. If you cancel or amend in the 2 days before arrival the first night will be due. The total value of the booking may be charged if cancellations or amendments are made with less than 24 hours notice. If you have to curtail your stay once you have checked in, then the total amount of your stay will be due.

We advise that you have holiday insurance.

Booking. com reservations. On making a reservation, you will be charged for the value of the first night’s stay, which is non-refundable. The balance of the booking is due on departure. If you make a cancellation after booking, the first night will be charged as cancellation fee.
